Idevalux is built by Marshall Cannon, who serves as the data controller for all information collected through this site.
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address. When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. During the evaluation process, you provide an idea name, idea description, and responses to evaluation questions. This information is stored in your account and used to generate your evaluation results. During the free evaluation preview on the landing page, idea input is used only to run the preview in your browser. It is not stored, logged, or transmitted to any server.
Your email address is used for account authentication, service-related communications, and subscription management. Waitlist and marketing communications are managed through Kit (our email platform). You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time from any email.
The Idevalux landing page is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The Idevalux application is hosted on Vercel. Cloudflare and Vercel may process visitor data such as IP addresses and request metadata as part of delivering and protecting the service.
Account authentication and data storage are provided by Supabase. Your account information, idea submissions, and evaluation results are stored in Supabase. Supabase processes your data in accordance with the Supabase Privacy Policy.
Evaluation outputs are generated using the Anthropic API. When you complete an evaluation, your idea name, idea description, and evaluation responses are sent to Anthropic to generate your results. Anthropic processes this data in accordance with the Anthropic Privacy Policy. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train its models.
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. When you subscribe, Stripe collects your payment information (such as card number, expiration date, and billing address) directly. Idevalux does not store your full payment details. Stripe processes your data in accordance with the Stripe Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to third parties. We do not use third-party analytics or tracking pixels. Your idea submissions and evaluation data are not shared with other users or used for any purpose other than delivering the service to you, except in anonymized or aggregated form as described in our Terms of Service.
Your account data, idea submissions, and evaluation results are retained for as long as your account is active. Following cancellation or termination, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless otherwise required by law. Waitlist email addresses are retained in Kit for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, your data is removed according to Kit's standard deletion process. Idea input entered during the free preview evaluation on the landing page is never stored and exists only in your browser session.
Kit, Cloudflare, Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, and Anthropic operate servers in the United States and other countries. By using Idevalux, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own. These services maintain their own data protection standards.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the GDPR including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your data. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA including the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
